Divorce statistics are notoriously difficult to figure out, but we know one thing: the death of a child can certainly lead to the death of a marriage, adding grief upon grief. How can Christian faith and hope, and the power of Scripture, help a couple face tremendous loss in a way that draws them toward each other and even makes them eventually stronger as a couple? Joe and Janell suffered fierce heartache and at times felt that life was pulling them apart. They made mistakes, but their journey back together can inspire every couple, regardless of what form of loss they've experienced. I was moved to tears listening to their story; I was inspired to new heights by the display of their powerful faith.
